For the image part make sure its a direct link to the picture and that there is http:// (Most likely) https:// or www. Or the image will not work. Example: you can't expect atreiyu.proboards.com to be a valid url without the http:// part. (But of course the site will automatically turn it into a link, it doesn't work that way for the plugin)

Important. ALWAYS click save or all your work will just vanish if the page refreshes or something
