He flicked the paw with water on it around (He has gravity seals on him (seals made by his pack decades ago) that keep adding more weight to his body as he gets used to the amount it has. Pretty hard core but his pack has a special thing about them, they have very strong souls and resilience/adaptibility, but he actually has NO powers. He has chains wrapped around him because he has strength so it's a weapon. And the crater is because if he's not controlling the weight he uses to walk of anything then all the tons that the gravity seal has on him can be noticed. Ex: *Carelessly let's tail fall to ground, causes huge crater* "opps...")
