"I do want to have pups, i think, I'm just scared Ransom." *She was holding in her tears. she didn't want to be upset, especially not in front of Ransom.* *She was breathing calmly. and her eyes were turning gray*

*She shook her head and sniffled* "I don't know what i wanna do. I've never had a plan."

He bit his lip "You have a long time to figure out what you wanna do."

*She smiles* "Yeah i guess."

"You're still a young girl." He smiled at her briefly and then looked away, his smile gone

"You don't have to wait for me." *Her face was very plain, but she was no longer on the brink of tears.* "But i don't want to lose you."

He was mad at himself for having a crush on Lyric, mad at Lyric for being so sweet and pretty, and mad at the world for just being unfair "I caused all this.."

"What do you mean you caused all this?" *She liked Ransom, and now she was afraid of losing him basically because of her past of nothingness. she felt heartbroken and afraid. she brought this on herself. she began to think about Saphira and screwing things up with her too*

He got up and paced in circles around her "I should have never pursued this relationship! I should have never saw you again after I met you. We wouldn't be here, having this damned conversation."

"Ransom! I wanted to see you again!" *She got on her feet* "I met a nice wolf, a kind wolf. You don't know how much you've helped me." *her eyes followed him around* "these conversations happen. I should have never even brought it up. I should have known better. I knew something was up with you, and i spoke before i thought"

He scoffed at what she said "Lyric, I've done nothing for you. Just saying some nice words and putting on a smile doesn't actually help you. You could do so much better than me. You could find someone who actually helps you. And I don't mean like a doctor, I mean like a companion who could be better to you and give you the right help and fix your problems."

*a tear fell* "It does help! You kept me on track when i felt like i was going to die (The thing after the river). You've made me laugh and that helps. You have no idea what helps me, and you have done more than what you think!" *She began to choke up* "No one can fix my problems. They aren't going away. I Could find someone else but i don't want to!"

He went silent. His heart throbbed to see her cry and he hated himself to have caused it

She took slow breaths and her eyes were a pale blue. she was used to feeling like she was going lose someone, but it had never felt like this.
