Kaio had been running for days. He couldn't remember almost anything past when he'd been captured. He felt as if he should remember where he was, there was a nearby wolfsbane field and a den. (Ripple and his den)

Ripple had made herself sick with worry while he was gone. She didn't know where Kaio was or if he was even alive. She had spent a long time looking for him, but she was starting to give up hope now

She looked confused. She figured he didn't recognize her well enough and she tried to stand in front of him better "Sweet pea, it's me Ripple!" She wagged her tails
