(Happy birthday. )

"Andromeda... Andy... Doesn't matter." She watched the wolf, not sure if Moon noticed her suspicion or not "No, you're not bothering me." She smiled a little "Guess I'm just not used to this whole socializing thing."

Moon sensed something strange in Andy's voice, but tried to change the subject. "Yeah... me neither I guess. It's getting late, we should get to sleep. We can do more tomorrow... you staying here or not?" Moon tried to keep her emotions from influencing her voice, because truthfully, she hoped Andy would stay, but she didn't want to pressure her. She tilted her head and smiled, "There are some mice in the corner if you're hungry," and with that she laid down.

Andy had to think for a moment about staying or not. If Moon truly was a threat, then staying probably wasn't a good idea. Andy didn't want to get killed in her sleep or something... But then again, if Moon was actually a friendly wolf, it could be fun to stay; maybe it would be like a sleepover. The idea of that made Andy excited, and she decided the possibility of fun outweighed the threat of being murdered. She smiled and laid down, curling her tail over her nose "I couldn't eat anymore even if I tried; stuffed. Thank you though."

Moon giggled, excitement crashing through her thoughts, "Me too!" she giggled, and nuzzled Andy, "Glad you decided to stay, I haven't talked to anything but myself in a... year. But enough of that! We should get some rest, I have lots to show you in the morning!" Moon closed her eyes as a smile creeped over her face.

[Andromeda]

Andy stiffened a little at Moon's nuzzle defensively and she held that position as she talked. It wasn't anything personal to Moon; it was just that Andy was always expecting the worst. She tried to smile kindly at Moon to show that she meant no harm as she too closed her eyes "Sleep well."

The next morning, Moon opened her eyes to the soft light drifting into the den. "Andy?" she whispered, her body suddenly stiff. What was I thinking? There's a strange wolf in my den. 

"Andy, wake up." Moon was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do

She seems nice enough, I should give her a chance.


Her thoughts spun around in her head, and she sat down to wait for Andy.

Andy was sprawled on her side, fast asleep. She stirred some when she heard her name being called, and she opened her eyes. Andy had temporarily forgotten the events from yesterday, and she was a bit confused as to what she was doing here in this den as she looked around it. However, when she spotted Moon, she remembered what had happened and she smiled with a yawn "Good morning."

"Good morning," Moon whispered, a sudden relief flooding over her. She knew Andy was a good wolf. "So, what do you want to do today?"

[Andromeda]

"Hunt, for one thing..."

"Well alright, let's go now so we have the rest of the day to do whatever." Moon shook off and stepped out into the wet morning and took in the smell of rain.

[Andromeda]

She followed after her, looking around

"So how long have you been here?" Moon asked as she scented an elk herd

[Andromeda]

"In the area? I'm not sure actually... It's kinda hard to keep track of time when you're all alone and each day seems the same..." She also smelled the elk and she raised her nose to the air, trying to get a better sense of the direction of the herd.

"Yeah I know the feeling, i'm sorry. We should go hunt, the elk here travel fast." She lifted her nose to catch the scent better.

"Yes..." Without another word, she took off running towards the scent of the elk.

Moon took off after her, where do we go from here... that was delicious, so tell me your life story, why are you in my forest? Ha, no... oh well, I'll figure it out when I come to it... Moon licked her lips as she prepared to catch her prey.

(Hey Ember. I'm sorry for this crazy late response. D: I sorta took a break from role playing for awhile there. Kinda was near failing a class so I had to put more time in for that. xD But yeah, let's resume. )

Andy stretched her long legs far, taking great strides as she ran quickly towards her prey. As she got nearer to the elk, she was able to use her Empathy abilities to make the animal experience a sudden wave of drowsiness, which slowed it and made the killing process much easier for Andy.

Ember sat down and watched Andy, impressed.she smiled and stood back up to catch another elk, so she could have food for at least another day. She smiled at Andy, "you're really good at that," she said quietly
