ShadowPie Is there anyway we could get the application thread clearing on more of a schedule? I think it would be easier to follow if we had an idea of when this is going to happen.  Maybe like every other Saturday or something? Not just at random times.

ShadowPie And you might wanna update all the info you have about the thread being cleared out "this Saturday" (such as the news feed). That has been up for like a month, making every Saturday seem like "this Saturday." I don't really see a need to clean up members' applications if staff can't even clean up their old announcements, if ya get what I mean. xD

ShadowPie Oh and one more thing that's been on my mind. Maybe more of a heads up before you clean out the thread? I know last time it happened almost immediately after you said you were gonna do it, and a lot of people didn't even get on in time to see that, and they all lost their applications.

They should already have their stuff in a thread beforehand, so I should be able to do in whenever. I try to clear it out every Saturday, so I don't need to change the newsfeed.

Well nobody's been putting their stuff in a thread. I've just had to do it for everyone. So even though they should have it done beforehand, not everyone has yet. The announcements must not be a good way to let everyone know if no one is doing it. Maybe you could try messaging the members who don't quite have it figured out yet?

It's cleared because it motivates people to use their character thread, rather than having to dig through pages and pages of random info along with character info to find someone's character. It's simpler this way

That is true, but its also true that you can search keywords from a topic, like a name
